B. Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or military bases.

Note: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

B. Express Delivery: Choose this faster service to get your orders delivered within 1 to 2 working days from the dispatch date.

Keep in mind that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your selected delivery method:

A. Flat-Rate Shipping: Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate for most orders.

B. Free Shipping: Orders over £499 qualify for free standard delivery.

C. Express Charges: Expedited options are available at an additional cost, calculated during checkout.

All shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Tracking

We keep you informed every step of the way:

A. Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

B. Real-Time Updates: Track your package online to see its delivery progress.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

A. Rescheduling: Couriers will attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions for rescheduling.

C. Collection Points: In some cases, your package may be held at a local collection point for you to pick up at your convenience.
