1. Placing an Order

Placing an order with us is simple and secure:

a. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming the details, including the items, delivery address, and total cost.

b. Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

c. Accuracy: Please double-check your details (address, contact information, and payment method) before completing your order to avoid delays.

2. Amending Your Order

Need to make changes to your order? We’re here to help:

a. Before Dispatch: You can amend your order (such as updating the address or adding/removing items) by contacting us immediately.

b. After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible, but you can return the item after delivery (see our Returns and Refunds Policy).

3. Cancelling Your Order

We understand plans can change, so you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

a. Before Dispatch: Cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped for a full refund.

b. After Dispatch: If the item has already been dispatched, you can still cancel by refusing the delivery or returning the item in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

To cancel your order:

b. Processing Time: Once we receive your request, cancellations are processed promptly. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions to Cancellations

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

a. Digital Content and Services: Orders for digital downloads or services that have already been delivered or accessed cannot be cancelled.

b. Customised Products: Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

c. Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can only be cancelled before the item is dispatched.

5. Your Statutory Rights

This policy complements, but does not replace, your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
